Protection and Processing of Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. PURPOSE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK Law) was published in the Official Gazette dated 7 April 2016 and numbered 29677. The KVKK Law is regulated to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons, including the privacy of private life, which is also protected by the Constitution, and to determine the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The purpose of this policy is to create management instructions, procedural conditions and a technical policy in order to ensure that the personal data of SakoLife Real Estate is processed and protected in accordance with the KVKK Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. SCOPE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Within the scope of this policy, there are SakoLife Real Estate employees, including the visitors of sakolife.com.
